CHARACTERISTICSOFTHEGROWTHENTERPRISEMARKET(“GEM”)OFTHESTOCKEXCHANGEOFHONGKONGLIMITED(THE“STOCKEXCHANGE”)
GEMhasbeenpositionedasamarketdesignedtoaccommodatecompaniestowhichahigherinvestmentriskmaybeattachedthanothercompanieslistedontheStockExchange.Prospectiveinvestorsshouldbeawareofthepotentialrisksofinvestinginsuchcompaniesandshouldmakethedecisiontoinvestonlyafterdueandcarefulconsideration.ThegreaterriskprofileandothercharacteristicsofGEMmeanthatitisamarketmoresuitedtoprofessionalandothersophisticatedinvestors.
