Zhongji InnoLight Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) notes that on June 8, 2026
(U.S. time), the United States Department of War included the Company on the “Section 1260H List.”
The Company hereby confirms that the decision and grounds for the inclusion are inconsistent with
facts. The Company is neither a Chinese military enterprise nor a military-civil fusion enterprise. We
will actively communicate with relevant parties based on substantial facts and take appropriate
measures to safeguard the legitimate interests of the Company.

本次事件未对公司经营产生实质性影响，公司订单获取、生产运营及供应链等情况一切正常。

The incident has not had any material adverse effect on the Company’s operations.
Our order intake, production and operation, supply chain and all other business activities
remain fully normal.
