on November 1, 2025. 2025 data includes Laiwu Steel Group Yinshan Profile Steel Co., Ltd. For convenience of expression and
reading, "Shandong Steel Co., Ltd." is also referred to in this Report as "Shandong Steel," "the Company," or "we;" "Laiwu Steel
