1. Important Statement
1.1The Board of Directors, the Supervisory Committee and directors, supervisors and senior
management of China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to
as “the Company”) warrant that this report does not contain any false or misleading statements or
omit any material facts and all information set forth herein are true, accurate and complete. The
summary of annual report 2006 isabstracted from the full text of such report; the investors are
suggested to read the full text of such report to understand more details.
1.2 None of the Directors, Supervisors, Seniormanagement demonstrated uncertainty or
disagreement about the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of this annual report.
1.3Sun Jiakang, Director of the Company, authorized Li Jianhong, another Director of the
Company, to attend and vote on his behalf, and Xiao Zhuoji, one independent Director of the
Company, was absent from the Board meeting due to some reasons and did not entrust other
director to vote on his behalf.
1.4 Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu CPAs audited the current Financial Report of the Company and
issued a standard unqualified Auditors’ Report for the Company.
1.5Mr. Li Jianhong, the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Mai Boliang, the President of the Company
and Mr. Jin Jianlong, the General Manager of Financial Management Dept. of the Company,
hereby confirm that the Financial Report contained herein are true and complete.
1.6This report has been prepared in Chinese and English version respectively. In the event of
difference in interpretation between the two versions, the Chinese report shall prevail.
