About This Report
This is the inaugural Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) report released by Ananda Drive Techniques (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as “Ananda”, “the Company” or “we”). The report
aims to systematically disclose the company’s philosophy, practices, performance, and future plans in sustainable development, responding to the expectations of stakeholders and actively embracing the opportunities and
challenges brought by sustainable development.
Reporting Boundary
The reporting period is from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, aligning with the Company’s annual report cycle. To enhance
comparability, some content appropriately traces back to previous years.
The report is centered on Ananda Drive Techniques (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., covering its main subsidiaries within the consolidated
financial statements. Among them, Ananda Drive Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. (“Jiangsu Factory”), as the Company’s largest
production base, is the focus of environmental performance disclosure in this report. The financial data aligns with the scope of the
Company’s 2025 Annual Report.
